Based on the weight of the item purchased, we choose courier services like Pos laju, Yamato, GDEX , Air parcel and Amber Air Freight (Sabah/Sarawak) (if item is heavy). We plan to improve the consistency of our delivery by testing on different courier services for different products, locations, weight and most importantly the Price.

Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped. All orders will have a delivery tracking number to ensure safe delivery and are subject to the freight company's timings and terms and conditions.

FRESCO MALAYSIA will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however,FRESCO MALAYSIA will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Goods should normally take about 2-3 working days to arrive. For Sabah Sarawak, it will take about 4-6 working days to arrive.

Return Exchange Policy

We take great pride in ensuring our products are of great quality and condition. You may contact our Customer Service Department within 3 business days in the following cases:

**You have received a defective product. (We offer 3 DAYs) return policy for items which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment. Exchange it for a New One!

**There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed (WE SEND YOU WRONG PRODUCT)

We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost, provided it is returned in their original condition and unused, however all defective product(s) are subject to inspection.

Return / exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

Shipping Policy

All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 - 6 days for delivery.

Charges for shipping returned products back to us are your responsibility. FRESCO MALAYSIA will exchange your purchase. Please allow 3-5 days from the date you return your package for your exchange products to be completed.
