F225 Carbon Fibre Electric Wheelchair The F225 Carbon Fibre Electric Wheelchair is designed for users who want a lightweight, comfortable and practical mobility solution for everyday use and travel. Built with a combination of carbon fibre and aluminium alloy, it offers a strong yet lightweight frame with a maximum user capacity of 135kg. Powered by dual 150W brushless motors, the F225 provides smooth and efficient movement with a maximum forward speed of approximately 6km/h and a reverse speed of up to 3km/h. Its 24V 12Ah lithium battery offers a travelling distance of up to 15km per charge, making it suitable for daily outings, shopping, travelling and general mobility. For greater comfort, the F225 features a 43cm × 43cm seat, breathable mesh/cotton/sponge material and a supportive 53cm backrest. The wheelchair has an overall size of approximately 92–96cm (L) × 60cm (W) × 95cm (H) and can be folded into a compact size of approximately 37 × 60 × 76cm, making storage and transportation easier. Based on the weight of the item purchased, we choose courier services like Pos laju, Yamato, GDEX , Air parcel and Amber Air Freight (Sabah/Sarawak) (if item is heavy). We plan to improve the consistency of our delivery by testing on different courier services for different products, locations, weight and most importantly the Price.

Return Exchange Policy
We take great pride in ensuring our products are of great quality and condition. You may contact our Customer Service Department within 3 business days in the following cases:
**You have received a defective product. (We offer 3 DAYs) return policy for items which may have a Manufacturer Defect. On most cases this will not occur since each of our products are tested prior to the shipment. Exchange it for a New One!
**There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed (WE SEND YOU WRONG PRODUCT)
We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost, provided it is returned in their original condition and unused, however all defective product(s) are subject to inspection.
Return / exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
Shipping Policy
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 - 6 days for delivery.
